 “Had better” is used to express advice or a strong recommendation. 
“Radšej by si mal” použijeme, keď chceme ráznejšie poradiť v naliehavej situácii. 
 
Examples/ Napríklad
We had better leave now if we want to catch the train.
Radšej by sme hneď mali odísť, ak chceme stihnúť vlak.

You had better watch out for that dog.
Radšej si dávaj pozor na toho psa.
